PSX series fine crushing sand making machine is a high-efficiency, energy-saving and adjustable sand making machine developed by QDWL in the production of mining equipment for many years. It combines the advantages of hammer and impact crushers to develop a highly efficient sand making machine. Its appearance meets the high output demand of commercial mixing stations.

The rotors of the PSX series of fine crushing sand making machines are staggered with plate hammer blocks to make high-speed circular motions driven by the motor.
When the material enters the crushing cavity, it is impacted by the high-speed rotating plate. The frictional shear between the shooting material, the material and the counterattack grate plate is crushed.The materials that meet the requirements are discharged from the discharge port and the back counterattack grate hole.
Large pieces of material are discharged from the discharge port and continue to be broken through the return material. The discharge granularity can be adjusted by adjusting the gap between the hammer block and the counterattack grate plate.
